AFTER APRX 3.8 HOURS OF FLIGHT THE ENGINE LOST POWER AND THE PILOT LANDED THE ACFT ON A SERVICE ROAD. ON ROLLOUT THE LEFT WING STRUCK A HIGHWAY SIGN.
