AS THE PLT FLARED FOR LANDING THE RIGHT GEAR CONTACTED A POT HOLE AT THE APPROACH LIP OF THE RWY BLOWING THE TIRE CAUSING THE REAR STRUT TO PUSH A HOLE INTO THE WING SKIN.
