THE PLT DID NOT BELIEVE THE ACFT WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED AND HAS DISAGREED WITH FILING AN ACCIDENT REPORT. EXAMINATION OF THE ACFT BY A MECHINIC SHOWED A PARTIALLY COLLAPSED NOSE GEAR BUCKLED FIREWALL AND DEFORMED FORWARD FUSELAGE.
