NTSB investigators may not have traveled in support of this investigation and used data provided by various sources to prepare this aircraft accident report.DURING LDG ROLL THE PIC FELT A VIBRATION AS THE TAILWHEEL CONTACTED THE RWY. IN AN EFFORT TO MINIMIZE THE VIBRATION THE PLT LIFTED THE TAILWHEEL OFF THE RWY. THE ACFT BEGAN TO GROUND LOOP TO THE RIGHT TOWARD A POLE. HEAVY APPLICATION OF THE WHEEL BRAKES CAUSED THE ACFT TO NOSE OVER TO AN INVERTED POSITION.
