PLT FAILED TO SEE ELECTRICAL WIRES DURING THE DESCENT UNTIL TOO LATE. PLT LOST CONTROL OF ACFT IN LAST MINUTE ATTEMPT TO AVOID WIRES. ACFT CONTACTED WIRES AND CRASHED INTO THE GROUND.
