HE TOUCHED DOWN LONG ON THE 3700 FT RWY & WAS UNABLE TO STOP ON THE REMAINING AREA. THE ACFT CONTINUED OFF THE END & HIT A DITCH WHERE THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED & THE ACFT NOSED OVER.
