INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT A COUNTERWEIGHT PIN CAME OUT OF THE CRANKSHAFT COUNTERWEIGHT DUE TO A FAILURE OF A LOCK RING RESULTING IN AN OVERLOAD SHEAR OF A LOOSE COUNTERWEIGHT INSIDE THE ENG.
