THE ACFT WAS FORCED TO LAND AFTER TAKEOFF WHEN THE ENGINE LOST POWER. THE PLT SAID HE HAD REFUELED FROM THE AUTOMOTIVE PUMP AT HIS GROCERY STORE. THE PLT SUSPECTED WATER CONTAMINAION IN THE FUEL.
