SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, CONDITIONS DETERIORATED EVEN MORE AND ACFT ENTERED THICK FOG. BREAKING OUT MOMENTARILY, PLT ELECTED A PRECAUTIONARY LNDG ON A ROAD. RIGHT WING STRUCK A FENCE POST ON TOUCHDOWN AND ACFT SWERVED RIGHT, COLLIDING WITH THE FENCE.
