THE INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE AIRCRAFT LANDED 50 FEET TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF RUNWAY 13. THE PILOT RECORDED ONLY A TOTAL OF 4 HOURS OF NIGHT TIME, 2 HOURS AS PIC.
