THE GLIDER MADE AN OFF-ARPT LANDING AFTER ENCOUNTERING UNEXPECTED STRONG HEAD WINDS IN A RAPIDLY CHANGING FLOW OF MARINEAIR. THE ACFT CLEARED OBTACLES ON FINAL BUT YAWED AND LANDED IN A CRAB CONDITION DAMAGING THE FUSELAGE AND WING TIP WHEEL.
