TRANSLATIONAL LIFT WAS NOT ACHIEVED AND ROTOR RPM DETERIORATED. THE HELICOPTER COLLIDED WITH TREES, CRASHED & BURNED. THE PLT STATED THAT THE WIND MAY HAVE SHIFTED DURING HIS TAKEOFF.
