THE ACFT MADE A FORCED LANDING IN AN OPEN FIELD FOLLOWING A POWER LOSS DURING TAKEOFF. THE ENGINE WAS EXAMINED AFTER THEACCIDENT AND TEST RUN. NO DISCREPANCIES WERE FOUND. AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT WEATHER CONDITIONS WERE CONDUCIVE TO CARBURETOR ICING.
