THE PLT STATED THAT THIS WAS HIS FIRST SOLO FLT. DURING THE FIRST TAKEOFF FOLLOWING A TOUCH AND GO LANDING THE ACFT WENTOFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RWY AND COLLIDED WITH A SNOWBANK. AFTER THE COLLISION THE ACFT NOSED OVER.
