THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A SNOWBANK AND NOSED OVER DURING LANDING. THE STUDENT PLT SAID A NOSE WHEEL SHIMMY DEVELOPED DURING LANDING ROLL AND HE WAS UNABLE TO KEEP THE ACFT ON THE 6O FT WIDE RWY.
