POST ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION REVEALED A HOLE IN THE LEFT MUFFLER AND SHROUD ALLOWING BURNT EXHAUST GASES TO ENTER THE CARBURETOR WHEN CARBURETOR HEAT WAS APPLIED.
