THE PLT HAD PACKED THE 8 INCH SNOW BY DRIVING HIS CAR ON THE RWY. DURING THE ABORTED TAKEOFF THE PLT WAS UNABLE TO STOP THE ACFT BEFORE TREE CONTACT.
