THE PLT REPORTED THAT HE STARTED TO LOSE CONTROL DURING THE LANDING AND ADDED POWER TO GO-AROUND. HE SAID HE PULLED BACKON THE CONTROLS AND INADVERTANTLY RAISED THE FLAPS AFTER HE WAS ALREADY LOSING ALTITUDE. AFTER TOUCHDOWN, THE ACFT FLIPPED OVER.
