THE AIRCRAFT LACKED SUFFICENT AIRSPEED OR ALTITUDE TO MAKE A SAFE LANDING. THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE AND THE PILOT WAS SERIOUSLY INJURED.
