ADDITIONALLY, HE FAILED TO USE ALL THE TAKEOFF SURFACE AVAILABLE. THE DENSITY ALTITUDE AT DONNER LAKE AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT WAS APPROXIMATELY 8000 FEET.
