PAPERS WERE OBSERVED TO FLY OUT OF THE ACFT DURING TAKEOFF. THE ACFT WAS OBSERVED TO 'WAVER' WITH THE GEAR DOWN & CRASH TO THE GROUND SEVERAL MINUTES LATER. AN EXAM OF THE CABIN DOOR REVEALED THAT IT HAD POPPED OPEN IN FLT.
