THE PILOT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL,DURING THE TAKEOFF PHASE OF A TOUCH AND GO LANDING. THE ACFT SWERVED OFF THE RUNWAY AS IT ENTERED A GROUND LOOP THAT COLLAPSED THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR STRUT.
