THE ACFT ENTERED A LEFT TURN & FROM ABOUT 50 FT AGL WAS OBSERVED TO COLLIDE WITH THE GROUND IN A NOSE DOWN ATTITUDE. THE FLAPS WERE FOUND IN THE DOWN POSITION.
