HE STATED THAT THIS CAUSED THE PLANE TO TIP OVER TO THE PLT'S RIGHT & COME TO REST ON ITS TOP. THE STUDENT ALSO REPORTED THAT THE WIND WAS FROM 050 DEG AT 7 KTS & THE VISIBILITY WAS INDEFINITE.
