THE PLT WAS PERFORMING TOUCH & GO LNDGS. INVESTIGATION DISCLOSED MOISTURE IN THE ACFT FUEL SYSTEM. SURFACE TEMP WAS 35 DEGREES F & THE DEW POINT WAS 22 DEGREES.
