THE PLT COMPLAINED AFTER THE ACCIDENT THAT THE PARKED ACFT WERE TOO CLOSE TO THE TAXIWAY. THE TAILWHEEL EQUIPPED ACFT HAD BEEN ENGAGED IN BANNER TOWING OPERATIONS PRIOR TO THE TAXI ACCIDENT.
