THE PILOT STATED THAT THE AIRPLANE NOSED OVER BECAUSE HE STOOD ON THE BRAKES HARD DURING THE LANDING ROLL TO PREVENT TRAVELING INTO THE RIVER. THE PLT COULD NOT BE CONTACTED AFTER THE ACCIDENT.
