ACCORDING TO THE PLT, THE ENG LOST PARTIAL PWR ON TAKEOFF DUE TO CARBERETOR ICE. A FORCED LANDING WAS MADE DURING WHICH THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED RESULTING IN SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE ACFT.
