THE PLT HAD REFUELED WITH 10 GALS OF FUEL AT SANTA BARBARA, CA HIS LAST DEPARTURE POINT. POST ACC EXAM SHOWED THE FUEL TANKS, LINES AND CARBURETOR EMPTY OF FUEL.
