ACFT STRUCK WATER WITH RIGHT MAIN LND GEAR AND RT WING TIP, AND NOSED OVER. THE WATER WAS DESCRIBED AS BEING 'GLASSY' AND THE SUN HAD SET. THE STUDENT PLT HAS 57 HOURS TOTAL FLT TIME.
