THE PLT ATTEMPTED TO TAKE OFF ON A FROST-COVERED, PVT AIRSTRIP. WITNESSES OBSERVED THE AIRCRAFT BECOME AIRBORNE BEFORE IT SETTLED BACK DOWN TO THE GROUND. CONTROL OF THE ACFT WAS LOST AND THE ACFT NOSED OVER.
