WITH INSUFFICIENT AIRSPEED, THE AIRCRAFT STALLED SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF. THE PILOT WAS UNABLE TO RECOVER WITHIN THE ALTITUDE REMAINING AND COLLIDED WITH AN ONCOMING TRAIN.
