HE UNDERSHOT THE RUNWAY ON HIS LANDING TOUCHDOWN. HE SAID HE WAS BLINDED BY THE APPROACH LIGHTS BUT ELECTED TO CONTINUE WITH THE LANDING RATHER THAN ATTEMPTING A GO-AROUND.
