HE WAS UNABLE TO LIFTOFF WITH THE CONTROLS LOCKED AND THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED WHEN THE AIRCRAFT OVERRAN THE RUNWAY ONTO THE ROUGH/UNEVEN TERRAIN.
