WITNESSES REPORT THE AIRCRAFT WAS HIGH AND FAST AND DRIFTING TO THE RIGHT OF RUNWAY CENTERLINE. ALSO ACCORDING TO THE WITNESSES, THE PILOT HAD MADE TWO OR THREE ATTEMPTS TO LAND PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT.
