THE PILOT SAID THAT DURING A STEEP TURN AT APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET MSL, HE LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE. SUBSEQUNELTY, IT CRASHED NEXT TO A BEACH/BANK & WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED. NO PREIMPACT PART FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION WAS REPORTED.
