DURING LANDING, THE PILOT WAS STARTING TO FLARE ABOUT 10 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND, BUT DESCENDED ONTO THE OVERRUN AND BOUNCED. THE AIRCRAFT HIT THE GROUND AGAIN AND NOSED OVER.
