THE PLT MADE AND APPROACH TO A RANCH STRIP WHICH WAS COVERED WITH PACKED SNOW. ON LANDING, THE RIGHT WHEEL WAS NOT ON THE PACKED SNOW AND IT SANK INTO A FOOT OF SOFT SNOW. THE AIRPLANE THEN NOSED OVER.
