UPON COMPLETION OF HIS BUSINESS, THE PLT SELECTED A SMOOTHER AREA IN THE SAME FIELD FOR TAKEOFF. THE AREA WAS SMOOTHER BUT WAS SHORTER AND THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A FENCE.
