THE TAKEOFF WAS ATTEMPTED WITH A LEFT CROSSWIND. THE ACFT VEERED TO THE LEFT, OFF THE RUNWAY, AND HIT AN EMBANKMENT. THE NOSE AND LEFT MAIN GEARS, THE PROPELLER, AND FUSELAGE WERE DAMAGED.
