JUST AS HE STARTED TO RECOVER AND CLIMB BACK TO ALTITUDE, THE STUDENT PLT SPOTTED WIRES AND YELLED. COMPANY POLICY REQUIRED A RECOVERY AT 500 FT. THE STUDENT HAD 2 HOURS OF FLIGHT TRAINING PRIOR TO THIS FLIGHT.
