THE TERRAIN WAS ROUGH AND UNEVEN. DURING A TURN TO THE TAKEOFF HEADING, THE LEFT MAIN GEAR ENTERED A RUT, ELEVATING THE RIGHT WING. A GUST OF WIND ESTIMATED AT 30 KTS LIFTED THE RIGHT WING AND NOSED THE AIRPLANE OVER.
