DURING THE INITIAL CLIMB AFTER TAKEOFF, THE ENGINE LOST POWER. IT WAS FOUND THAT THERE WAS NO OIL CONTAINED IN THE ENGINE, HOWEVER, STREAKS OF OIL WERE FOUND OUTSIDE ON THE FUSELAGE. INSPECTION OF THE ENGINE REVEALED THAT THE OIL PRESSURE OUTLET TO THE ENGINE WAS COVERED BY A GASKET THAT WAS 180 DEGREES OUT OF POSITION. THE PLT HAD PERFORMED THE LAST SERVICE/IMSPECTION OF THE ENGINE.
