THE LOW TOTAL TIME PILOT TOOK OFF IN CROSSWIND CONDITIONS FOR A PROFICIENCY FLIGHT AND DURING A GO AROUND LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL AND STRUCK A SNOW BANK ALONG THE DOWNWIND SIDE OF THE RUNAY.
