On April 29, 2000, about 1650 eastern daylight time, a Bell 206A, N156P, registered to Mt. Pleasant Corp., crashed while maneuvering near Chascomus, Argentina, while on a Title 14 CFR Part 91 business flight. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time and no flight plan was filed. The aircraft received substantial damage and the private-rated pilot and three passengers received minor injuries. The flight originated from Chascomus, a few minutes before the accident.
