WHILE CONDUCTING FORMATION AERIAL APPLICATION, CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT WAS LOST DURING AN ENCOUNTER WITH WAKE TURBULENCE FROM THE LEAD AIRCRAFT. ALTITUDE WAS INSUFFICIENT TO EFFECT RECOVERY.
