LOSS OF CONTROL IN FLIGHT DUE TO PREMATURE FLARE BY THE PILOT RESULTING IN INADVERTENT STALL/MUSH, AND FAILURE OF THE PILOT TO RECOVER FROM THE BOUNCED LANDING.
