THE AIRPLANE LIFTED OFF ABOUT HALFWAY DOWN THE DIRT STRIP AND THEN 'SETTLED BACK DOWN.' THE LEFT MAIN GEAR AND SPRAY BOOMS CONTACTED COTTON CROPS AT THE END OF THE STRIP, RESULTING IN THE COLLISION WITH TERRAIN. NO ENGINE MALFUNCTIONS WERE REPORTED.
