THE PILOT WAS TAXIING AFTER LANDING AND NOTED AN ALLIGATOR TO HIS LEFT. HE STATED HE ABRUPTLY APPLIED AILERON FLIGHT CONTROL INPUT AND THE RIGHT WING COLLIDED WITH THE WATER, AND THE AIRPLANE SANK.
