THE AIRPLANE WAS BEING POSITIONED TO THE AIRFIELD TO LOAD CHEMICALS FOR AERIAL APPLICATION. ACCORDING TO THE PILOT, AFTER LANDING ON THE WET SOD RUNWAY HE APPLIED THE WHEEL BRAKES TOO HEAVILY, AND THE AIRPLANE NOSED OVER. THE VERTICAL STABILIZER WAS CRUSHED.
